The 4th Summer School “Diagnosis in Heritage Science” will be held in Pisa (Italy) on 11-15 July 2022. Each year the School will be dedicated to a different topic within Heritage Science. In 2022, it will be focused on the methods to study and preserve wood and paper heritage objects.
The School is designed to train graduated students, in particular PhD students, with interests in Heritage Science. The primary objective is to provide the students with a theoretical preparation, combining in-depth knowledge of materials and diagnostic techniques, and the ability to interpret issues and problems in the context of multidisciplinary projects.
