The SSH Open Marketplace is a new ‘discovery portal designed to offer social sciences and humanities researchers the tools, software, datasets, training materials, and workflows they need to manage their data across the full research life cycle’.  The concept, design and development of this new platform have been carried out by the Social Sciences and  Humanities Open Cloud project (SSHOC).

The Beta release was launched in January, and the portal will continue to evolve until December 2021. The SSHOC project invites the SSH community to explore and test the service as well as submit suggestions to improve it. Users can contact the development team directly via the “Report an Issue” button or get more actively involved by joining the SSH Open Marketplace Tester Community.

The portal currently boasts some 5000 individual records, a number that should keep growing in the coming months. Resources on Cultural Heritage are already available.
