As part of its participation in the ECHOES project (European Cloud for Heritage OpEn Science), the Fondation des Sciences du Patrimoine is seeking a Community Manager.

Funded for a duration of five years under the HORIZON-CL2-2023-HERITAGE-ECCCH-01 call for projects of the Horizon Europe program, ECHOES brings together around fifty partners across Europe, including many professional or intergovernmental organizations active in the heritage field. This project aims to build a collaborative European cloud for heritage.

In this context, the FSP is heavily involved in the work package related to building a community that integrates all heritage and research stakeholders into the infrastructure.

Desired Profile:

  • Graduate with a background in cultural heritage, or with experience in a heritage or cultural institution, or any other heritage science actor.
  • Knowledge or experience in major professional sectors of cultural heritage. Knowledge of the functioning and institutional landscape of French and European cultural heritage.
  • Knowledge of the functioning and landscape of French and European research and the rules of the Horizon Europe program would be welcomed.
  • Affinity with the field of digital applications in heritage. Technical skills are appreciated but not essential.
