On 26 April 2016, Andrzej Jakubowski, HEURIGHT’s Project Leader, participated in the seminar Legal Process of Restitution of Artifacts to Home Countries at the Kadir Has University in Instanbul (Turkey). He gave a paper entitled ‘EU Legal Avenues and Developments on Restitution of Artifacts’.
